Introduction to Environmental Justice
Communication 75 | Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:30 - 1:50pm
In this class, students examine how people disproportionately impacted by environmental harms and climate change mobilize across race, class and immigration status for environmental justice. Drawing on examples of social movements, science studies, and legal cases, students will explore theories and practices of environmental and climate justice.
